I have been hinting to Dante that I would love to purchase an umbrella for our table on the back porch. During the summer the sun hits that spot directly and it is almost impossible to enjoy that area.
He is against it because we normally get most of our winds from the west and there are times during the summer that it really comes whipping through. If we had an umbrella on the table it could very easily come crashing through the sliding glass doors on the back of the house.
It is a good thought on my part but I think that Dante reason for not wanting it trumps mine. Oh well I did place a little table and chairs in the front of the house under the tree. The only issue with that is we have to keep an eye out for the landscapers when they arrive because they should not have to move furniture.
