This made me laugh. John Fowler crashed his car and was giving his side of the story to the officer at the scene. He was chasing the Easter Bunny. It seems that a "man" came to his house and had information about the location of the Easter Bunny. He attempted to follow the man and that is when he crashed his car.
I know you are going to find this hard to believe but Mr. Fowler was charged with DWI. I think he should also be charged with DWC (Driving while crazy).
