I am so unmotivated these past few weeks. I promise myself each morning that we will go for a walk when I get home from work and then when I get home I sit my large behind down in a chair and that is it.
I have been taking the vitamins and they have been helping with the sleep issue. If you remember I was having a hard time getting through a day without taking a nap. Yesterday I did close my eyes for about 15 to 20 minutes. I really don't count that as a nap.
It is so beautiful out, I have no idea why I cannot get my body to cooperate. I have wanted to take pictures of our trees but have just used what the hubby has taken.
He has changed his routine a little and I so wish I didn't have to work. He does his praying and devotionals during a walk each morning. He has been losing some weight. I don't think walking is the best way to lose weight fast, because there is nothing fast about walking, but having him get out and do something is a plus. He is usually the inactive one.

my lack of motivation is not helped at all by how busy we are, socially speaking, in the month of October. My training has completely fallen apart. And now, working overtime, is taking away my run time.
