Earthquake Research

We are off to spend several hours at the library where CAL needs to do research on earthquakes for his science fair project.

I love his new school, but honestly, I hate projects. Most of the time the parents put just as much time into as the child does.

His first project, that he spent a month researching, was shot down by his teacher last week. She called me in for a conference and said she didn't really understand his project. I said, well that makes two of us. I am glad she finally said it but I only wish she would have said it earlier. I had tried to talk him out of the project weeks ago but he just would not listen. He has to listen to his teacher.
