Disgusting!

I have been trying to stay away from the news on my blog. Actually I have been trying to stay away from the Obama love-fest.

Today I logged on to see the news report about the baby that was found in her crib covered with rat bites.

Now it appears that there are actually two incidences in the news. The first one is from New Orleans. The baby was found dead in her crib with her Dad in the front yard yelling his baby was dead.

This poor baby bled to death, which means that she was alive as the rats were eating her poor body. How in the world can something like this happen and it not be a crime. No charges have been filed, but they are still investigating. Investigating what? These people should have been locked up on the spot. Now the news report states the child's name but only refers to "the child's parents".

The second case comes to us from Ohio where three people have been accused of letting rats chew off several toes of a 6 week-old baby in a "mobile home". The baby is still alive after losing her toes on one foot.

Do you remember that TV show that had people doing all these crazy stunts for money. I cannot remember the name of it but in some cases that had to spend a few minutes in a rat infested situation. They should subject these people to the same fate.

We should lock them in a rat infested cave somewhere with bread and water and check on them every year or so.
