I have turned the station off today and sit here listening to myself breathe. This is a much better choice considering their programming today.
They are "honoring" Michael Jackson. They have come up with a song montage and you cannot go more than a couple minutes without hearing some Michael Jackson nonsense.
I find this incredibility disturbing. This "man" is not someone we should be "honoring" in anyway, shape, or form - lets not forget the fact that you are a Christian Station and claim to be family broadcasting. I don't care to have my child exposed to this individual.
PLR it is very disappointing that you have taken this stand considering when I first started listening to your station I sent you an email to enquire as to why you didn't play more Amy Grant. Your answer floored me...... It was something along the lines that you stopped playing her when she was having her martial problems. I thought this was strange considering the fact that you played Sandi Patti during that same period. Now you are "honoring" Michael Jackson.

I can give credit to MJ for his talents and previous musical achievements, which were considerable. But I find little about him worth remembering the past fifteen years, when his descent into weirdness accelerated and he took an unhealthy liking to young boys. Nothing to celebrate there.
