How goes the fight?

Well....... I was doing really good with my overeating issue. Until....... the other day I was dying for chocolate. I bought the small candy bars hoping that would force me to eat less. It didn't, it just made me justify eating more of them. "Well they are small so I can eat three."

I have been exercising more and I have been eating small portions. The problem has only been a day or two. I felt like I ate constantly the other day. I just craved everything from salty to sweet. I find that the best diet supplements are to keep all food out of the office. Something as small as sunflower seeds, can throw my whole day off. I try not to snack between meals.

So are you doing five small meals or are you trying to do just three meals a day?

I found that, for me, it's better to do five small meals because (or three meals and two snacks) because it keeps me from feeling hungry better than three meals did.

My trainer told me once to not cut off the things you enjoy and instead just eat them in moderation. If you love chocolate then have some, I just do it on Sundays so that I have a goal to look forward too.
