My Mom has a vacation in August and CAL and I are thinking of renting a car and heading down for the week. Actually Mom offered to fly us down but it is so expensive so I am hoping that she will pick up the tab for the car.

I have a lot planned for that week. I want to stop in Syracuse and see Marlene, Amy, and maybe even Charis. Then I really would like to visit with Stacey on my way through Cortland.

There are several people that I would love to reconnect with in Addison, Becky, Faith, and Candy to name a few. I have reconnected with most of these people on facebook and have found that I have more in common with some of them than I did in school. Faith has been a huge blessing in my spiritual life.

I thought about staying in one of the boutique hotels in my travels but that probably won't happen.

I am very excited about the possibility of this little trip. The hubby has been very supportive. Of course, we will have to see how supportive he is when the time comes.
