If my life was a car

I would be in serious need of a collision repair downey. I mean I feel like I am spinning out of control on an icy road with no chance of avoiding the huge snow plow truck coming straight at me. Then to add to the problem I no longer have medical insurance. Imagine that, the insurance company actually wants to be paid "every" month.

If my life were a car I could take it to one of the pre-qualified collision repair experts in my area. All I would have to do is log onto the Collision Repair Experts site and find a shop that has been rated by the people that know them best, their customers. Only one percent of the business that apply for partnership qualify.

I can even get an online quote. Now if fixing my life were as easy and simple as fixing my car I would live a stress free life.

we watched "The Sting" today. I can honestly say that it gets better every time I watch it. Please don't tell my husband that or we will be watching it every week.

The annoying part was that he had to point out everything to CAL.

"Pay attention to this part". "Did you catch that?" and on and on. I wanted to muzzle him.

If I EVER buy a PC again

just shoot me. Honestly, I am getting so tired of all these computer issues. It seems that every time I try to download anything I mess up my computer.

I have no idea what is the culprit this time but my computer is on the fritz. You will remember that a few weeks ago I had issues and sent the computer to my guy. He said that the main problem was that items were sent to a printer that Microsoft installs on your computer but isn't really there.

He also said that there was some problem with my memory. I am sure that if I had a MAC there would be no problems with the Mac memory.

They purposely do things to make your computer crash. I hate PC's and I will invest in a MAC the next time I am forced to purchase another computer. Hopefully my guy will be able to fix this problem because I don't have the money to invest right now in another computer.

Just to give you an idea.

This is the type of nonsense that eBay brings us.

I am selling a part for a $1.00 and I have 39 pieces. I just had a guy contact me and want to buy those parts but he wants us to ship them DHL to New Zealand and only charge $15.00 additional for freight. He wants us to pay the remaining freight.

The Hubby just checked DHL and the cost of freight would be $135. So just in case you can not do the math. He wants us to eat $120 in cost to get a $39.00 order. This is actually quite typical of eBay customers.

They have been given the impression (by eBay) that they have the sellers over a barrel and to ask for just about anything. They are now expecting free shipping on all orders no matter the value. Thanks to eBay. They have told the customers that vendors should offer free shipping.

I have a "best offer" feature on my items. I will have an item listed for $24.99 and some clown will submit a best offer of $5.00 for one piece. I have had $.13 best offers before. Then the "customer" become very irrate when you tell them you won't do it.

I hate eBay and as soon as I can afford to dump them I will. The "customers" that they bring us are royal pain in the arses.

A DEAD ONE!

David Meyers broke into the house of Robert McNally in an attempt to sexually assault Mr. McNally's 17 year-old daughter.

When officers arrived McNally had his arm around the neck of Meyers. They told McNally he could let go and when he did they found Meyers unresponsive. Boo f'in hoo.

Meyers apparently came prepared. He was naked (except for a mask), had latex gloves, a rope, a knife, and condoms (either he didn't want to be a daddy or he was worried that his victim might give him a STD.)

McNally did what the justice system cannot. Meyers was a repeat offender, of course.

Man Sues Doctors Over Amputated Penis

LOUISVILLE, Ky -- A man is suing his doctors for allegedly amputating his penis without his consent.

Philip Seaton says he went into the hospital to have a circumcision last October after doctors found cancer on his sex organs.

But when he woke up hours later, his penis was gone.

According to his lawsuit filed in Shelby County, Seaton is suing over mental anguish, pain and loss of enjoyment.

The lawsuit states doctors received consent to perform a circumcision and only a circumcision, and that Seaton never agreed to having his penis being removed.

Writersblock as been warning everyone NOT to have the needless operation of circumcision, this guy should have listened. Now it stated that he had cancer, I don't understand how removing the foreskin would help in that situation but I am not a doctor.

This music makes me

want to pimp my ride. As I said we have been listening to the Top 45 on Sirus this weekend. There is something about this music that makes me think about a mercedes supercharger. These artists always have the hottest cars and they are always decked out with the latest and greatest technology to "pimp them up".

Much to Hubby's Dismay

CAL and I purchased songs off iTunes this morning. I have been telling him for weeks that he could pick a few songs. The other night when the kids where here they listened to the Top 45 on Sirius and some of the songs I had not heard before but the kids knew all the lyrics.

I need to keep CAL on the hip side.

We made a list of twenty. I choose my top five and he did the same. If we both chose the same song, it was a definite. The others we had to argue back and forth. The end result was:

The things kids talk about.

Last weekend the kids were not "really" in the mood to play. They just wanted to "hang out" and talk. It was funny I wanted to be present for the "who likes who" talk because I wanted to make sure that they didn't get out of hand. They kept it pretty mild. There were some hurt feelings but I tried to smooth those over as they happened. The funny part was the girls really wanted me involved, CAL not so much so.

They played a mild version of spin the bottle. When the bottle landed on you, you stated who you liked. It was cute. CAL could not be honest about who he liked because the girl was "present" and that would have ruined things with her because that is just the way she is. If she knew she would probably not talk to him again. I find her a little more immature than some of the others. She is also VERY MOODY but I like her for the most part.

Then the conversation got a little girly they were talking about Ju Ju Be, which I thought was food. I am so out of touch with the girl in me and I am very thankful that I don't have a daughter because she would be out of the loop.

After almost a month of school

CAL is finally realizing that he knows some of the kids that came from other schools.

It was funny but at open house we saw several parents that we were not aware their child attended his school. I asked CAL about it and he knew some of them but most of them he was clueless. Honestly, he is so socially handicap.

He said that he has had several kids approach him and say "hey your CAL right?" and he would answer "Yes" and walk away. He is so afraid of rejection that he just will not put himself out there. He is very much like me in that respect. I would rather avoid people than be rejected by them. Frankly my "MO" is usually to reject first.

I will think of Nikita Lee Weis and I will be thankful. Nikita hired men to kill his mother so that he could pay for breast implants for this 21-year-old girlfriend.

Weis' mother Hyun was attacked with a small wooden bat at her home in Colorado but was able to escape.

Juan Antinio Velez Gonzalez 18, Brandon Michael Soroka 19, Sophia Nicile Alsept (the 21 year-old girlfiend) and Weis were all arrested on the charge of conspiracy to commit first-dgree murder.

The Deputy Police Chief Mike Barnett said Weis wanted to sell his mother's car and use the money in her bank account to pay for Alsept's implants.

The thing I don't understand is why there is bail (which is set at $50,000) for someone accused of attempted murder.

Things to do.

I have to accomplish something this weekend. Last weekend was a rest and relaxation weekend so I would feel very guilty if I take two of those in a row.

I have some projects that need to be completed before the cold weather sets. The most important one is to take the screen house down. The canvas roof will not hold up to freezing temps and it could never hold the amount of snow we get. This project is an all day project because in order to do this we have to take on several other projects. I will have to clean a space out in either the shed or the garage to hold the three piece furniture set we have. Then I have to climb into the attic to put the decorations away. It just opens up a huge can of worms.

I also have to fix that stupid leak in the garage. I cut a hole in the ceiling only to find....... NOTHING. There are no pipes there I don't know where the water is coming from, or should I say I don't know where the shower pipes are.

I would love to replace the Grohe faucets and sink in our bathroom this year but in order to do that I have to replace the counter top. That is a job that is bigger than I can handle.

Paul Newman has passed away.

Paul Newman has died from cancer today. I hate that disease. I don't know much about the "man" but I love some of his work. He was in my husband's favorite movie of all time "The Sting".

He will be missed. He was one of the actors that made me want to watch a movie. That list seems to be getting smaller each day.

Thank God for the financial crisis.......

Otherwise all we would have to hear about is the OJ Trial. What a circus! This trial has dragged on longer than most murder trials.

I think OJ is guilty. I don't believe that he is guilty because he didn't get punished for the murder of his ex-wife. I think he is guilty because he thinks he is untouchable and can do anything he darn well pleases. They keep claiming that the "merchandise" was OJ to being with and in essence he was stealing his own property. Well I think the Goldman family would like to dispute that claim. OJ should own nothing. He should have no assets so how can he be stealing what should belong to the Goldman family.

These assets should not belong to his kids. The should belong to the family that no longer has a son/daughter because of OJ.

The Police are getting nowhere with Casey Anthony

Maybe the "nanny" can. The person that Casey Anthony accused of having her daughter is now suing her. I won't say her name because that poor lady has been through hell. I hate lawsuits but this one might actually force Casey, Cindy and George to start answering some questions.

Taking Voting advise from Chris Rock

Now CNN is suggesting that we take advise on how to vote for from Chris Rock.

Mr. Rock suggest that we vote for the man with one house. Now this is the same Chris Rock that lives in this house. If you look you will see that their are four cars in the driveway. I assume that these are the ones that won't fit in the four car garage on the right side of the house.

Now if you want to take advise from a liar go ahead. In my mind all of Hollywood is paid to lie. They "ACT" like someone else for most of their lives. If he didn't get paid we would view him as scum. (i already do). There would be no doubt that he was a liar.

Chris Rock is the bottom of the barrel, it is a shame that someone like that can be making millions of dollars every year. He is talentless.

The other day there was a carbon monoxide scare at a house in the Boston area. When authorities entered the house where four people lived (including a 5 year old child) they found one of the worst garbage dumps they had ever seen.

This morning I found 35 pictures posted on WBZTV.com detailing the mess. It is really amazing that anyone could live in such garbage. I mean how hard is it to throw away a Mountain Dew bottle. MD has one of the highest levels of caffeine. These people must have been wired, you would have thought the house would have been spotless.

I found two pictures that I just had to post. They are especially for WB. Can you imagine the quantity of spiders it would take to make these webs. Check out the site if you want to be totally disgusted.

Davey is so upset because McCain canceled a scheduled appearance on his show last night. Like McCain has nothing better to do than appear on a comedy show in the middle of the worst financial crisis since 1929.

I give McCain a lot of credit. I am sure if he called Obama he would have taken his place.

Motivation!

I better find some motivation today. I have had a hard time getting myself going the past few days. Maybe I need to switch to Starbucks coffee.

I have to come up with some sales to cover a very important (the most important - health insurance) bill. Business felt like it was going to pick up this month and then it went dead again. The day I can predict what this business will do, will be the day that become rich.

My web site has been doing a little better lately, but it needs to be doing significantly more before we can drop eBay. That is my goal. I dislike selling on eBay, they give the buyers the impression that the sellers are at their mercy.

You would think.....

That these stupid politicians would research what they are saying before they open their big fat mouths. This goes for Democrats and Republicans alike. From McCain making the "she sold the jet for a profit on ebay" to Joe Biden claiming that FDR gave a speech on TV to the latest, BOTH Obama and Biden voted for the "Bridge to Nowhere" project.

They have spent the last few weeks criticizing Palin for this project only to find out that they BOTH voted for it.

I look at what the Democrats are "complaining" about, and then I look at the Republicans. The best the Democrats have is that McCain cannot run his computer. BFD he could be the president. The only thing he will have to do on his own at that point is use the bathroom. He will have "people" for everything else.

The Republicans actually have legitimate worries. Obama's connection (REPEATED) with terrorist has me shaking in my shoes.

There was another report that Americans blame the financial crisis on the Republicans. OK? I guess the fact that this Democratic Congress is the worst in history has no effect on the situation.

Things to do.

Just so I don't forget. I need to pay my auto insurance online. Please blog, don't let me forget. There used to be a time that I used a calendar for these types of things but lately I find myself leaving notes and important reminders on my blog.

I know that I am not the only one to do this. I have notice that Writersblock leaves notes to herself on her blog.

Just another reason

to absolutely despise China. This poor lady had to give up her baby daughter because of China's One Child Policy. Now she is selling her breast milk to help other families that cannot feed their babies because of the tainted milk situation. She will make more (eight times more) selling her milk than she would make in a factory. It makes me very thankful to know that I was born American.

How much do you really do online?

I don't know about you, but I use online mostly for information. I get the movie times, research gift baskets or other product, check my account balances, and other "informational" type of duties.

I don't purchase many products online. I will research them and do my best to find them in a local store. Old Navy is probably one of the few stores that I actually purchase something. I will go to the store find my sizes, try-on the product, and then go home and place the order. Online is usually cheaper at Old Navy.

My number one reason for staying away from online shopping is the freight. I hate paying shipping charges. If a store offers free shipping I am more likely to make a purchase.

Is this the best you have to offer. Oh My Gosh please tell us that this individual isn't going to be our next VP. I will be the first to admit that I am stupid and say stupid things. This guy (and the rest of the DemocRATS) think he is so intelligent.

What's that smell? Is it pizza, a dead squirrel

With all the information that they have against Casey Anthony it boggles my mind that she is still free. You have to ask yourself "how bad are the police screwing up this investigation".

Casey Anthony has changed her story so many times. Now she is saying that the smell of death in her car was a squirrel that her dad ran over with the car. I don't know about you, but I have never had my car smell of a dead animal that I simply "ran over". A skunk, maybe, but even there it is not a death smell.

I have said from the beginning of this "circus" that Cindy Anthony is much more involved in this cover up. Cindy should be in a cell next to Casey. Now I firmly believe that George belongs there also.

Clay Aiken and Lindsey Lohan are GAY!!!! Oh My Gosh I am so happy for them. Honestly folks I personally think it is disgusting. I long for the days when people kept this personal information PERSONAL. I long for the days when people actually stayed in the closet.

I don't think Clay is gay, I think Clay is a woman. Take a look at this picture. He looks like someone's mother from Pleasantville. If you didn't know him you would think that he was a women without makeup.

Unlike my husband, I do believe that you are born Gay. It is not a choice for someone like Clay. On the other hand I do believe that others, like Lohan, are doing it for the attention.

PETA is asking Ben and Jerry's WHAT

They are asking Ben and Jerry's to use human breast milk in their products instead of cows milk.

The breast milk idea seems to be all the rage in Switzerland.

I can honestly say that I think I would throw-up on the spot if I found out my ice cream, soup, or drinking milk was from skanky whore with 8 kids, and was selling her milk to pay the bills.

Arm Pit of the World.

The time has come to stop any and all business with China. The "Chinese" are the most dishonest thieves in the world. I think they have officially surpassed Nigeria when it comes to scams and dishonesty.

We imported from China for a year or so. On each and every order I stated that the product must be new, ORIGINAL, and legitimate. They are good and it is hard to tell if a product is original. They will go as far as to "create" factory labels and boxes. I found out after several large rejections from other suppliers that what I had was indeed bogus product. The damage was done. My company now has the reputation of selling counterfeit product.

We have instituted a new policy. NO IMPORTS from CHINA EVER. This is easier said than done because you don't always know the origin of the product from other vendors.

Here is where the government needs to step in and help. The US needs to severe all business dealings with the "arm pit of the world"

China has poisoned our pets, us (toothpaste) and our children (and even their own). When is enough, enough. We need to close our borders to their products.

What is wrong with me.

We just got done watching "What about Bob?". I love that movie it is so hysterical, and one that I can watch over and over.

I got up off the couch and went down to my bedroom and started getting ready for bed. My husband came in and asked "are you really going to bed now" I replied "yeah". He then went on to say "if this was me coming down to go to bed you would be having a fit". I just responded with a roll of the eyes. My husband would go to bed at 8 pm every night if I would let him. I just ignored him and went about my "procedures".

After brushing my teeth and taking care of the clothes on the bed I looked at my alarm clock: 7:40 WHAT? I had no idea I thought it was about 8:45. I must have looked at the clock wrong.

He was so disappointed when I said "I am sorry but I am NOT going to bed at 7:40". I could have swore that clock read 8:00 about half an hour ago. It is one of those self setting clocks so I think it was just out to trick me and it is laughing behind it's hands.

8:45 is ridiculously early to go to bed but it has been such a relaxing day I am just tired from boredom. A good boredom but none the less boredom.

She must have God on her side

The case of Mary Winker takes another turn. Mary is the woman who shot her preacher husband and then claimed abuse. I have a problem with this entire thing. If she had shot him in the middle of a beating then I could and would have supported her. Unfortunately she didn't, she planned his murder and then shot him in the back. She claimed at the trial that "He had really been on me lately criticizing me for things — the way I walk, I eat, everything. It was just building up to a point. I was tired of it. I guess I got to a point and snapped."

Mary only served five months in jail and then a few months in a mental hospital. She is now a free woman and has recently won her custody battle with her husbands parents over the children.

Mary murdered her husband in March of 2006 and life is back to normal for her in September of 2008.

I have often thought about designing a car magnet for our business. The problem is that I sell business to business and have very few local customers. The fact that we rarely leave our house is also a huge disadvantage.

But there are nights when I wonder if that luck is changing. I just read an article about "tent cities" and I have to wonder if this family could be heading for such a place.

We are not to that point yet but I have had many sleepless nights worrying about "where would be go" if we found ourselves in foreclosure.

One thing I have learned during the past few months. Good people lose everything. In the past I always looked at people with poor credit and said well you deserved it. I don't think we deserved what we are getting right now.

I do know that if we end up living in a tent, we are going to have to move to a warmer part of the country.

Casey Anthony CAN call 911

and in fact she did just that last night. Was she calling 911 to tell them that she had found Caylee or where they could find Caylee? NO she was calling demanding help from the police to remove protesters from her property.

Cindy and George Anthony cannot seem to keep inside the house and they went into the driveway to confront people because they threw coins at the house. Cindy called 911 first and when they didn't move as fast as she thought Casey took charge. She called and gave very detailed information about the protesters, more detailed information than she gave of the nanny (of four years) that she supposedly left Caylee with.

I don't agree with these protesters. If they could just understand that they are giving the Anthony family exactly what they want - FAME. Leave the Anthony family alone to fight amongst themselves. When they don't have others to fight they will start to fight each other. Then things will happen.

I have a question

Why don't George and Cindy Anthony just stay inside their house? I have seen about five or six videos where they appear to be in verbal confrontations with people. They could avoid all of this by staying inside their house. All these videos seem to be taken in the dark.

They could also avoid all of these problems by convincing their piece of crap daughter to tell the authorities where Caylee is. She knows.

Cindy and George just love the publicity, they know the cameras are rolling and they love to see themselves on the 10 o'clock news.

Have you ever tried to drive without power steering?

The other day Writersblock was "bragging" that she parallel parked her car in downtown Orlando. She made it sound like "I am such a great driver".(**said with a huge smile on my face**) I wonder if WB could have managed that feat if she didn't have power steering.

When I was in college I drove this little blue Mazda. It was a great car and I drove it into the ground. Toward the end of it's life everything was going wrong. One day the power steering went and I thought I was driving an Ark, and this was a tiny little two door car. I cannot imagine driving a regular car or heaven forbid a truck without power steering.

Yesterday was a GREAT day for business. I was so encourage and by the end of the day I felt like everything in my life was going to be OK.

I knew today would be a total let down because that is just the way things are around here. If I have a good business day it is ALWAYS followed by a NOTHING day.

I just want my normal life back. I spent so much time on advertising today I am just burnt and want to go to bed. Is it bad to go to bed at 6 pm

Pumpkin Cookies.

This is a great pumpkin cookies recipe that my Mom used to make. Now the key is the frosting. The cookies will be very dry without it. Also do not store in an air tight container or the cookies will become soggy and wet. Yuck!

Make your frosting first:

2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 tsp milk
3/4 tsp vanilla
3 tbl butter

cook butter, milk and brown sugar until dissolved. COOL add powdered sugar and vanilla. The frosting should be the consistency of peanut butter. Spread on warm cookies

Now for the batter:

1 cup oleo
2 cups sugar
2 cups pumpkin
2 eggs
4 cups flour
2 tsp soda
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp salt

Cream oleo, sugar, pumpkin, and eggs mix well. Add dry ingredients. Drop onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degree for 10 to 12 minutes.

He's at it again and this time he is "upset"

Richard Cooey is the inmate that claims that he is too fat to execute. He is on death row for killing and raping two women 22 years ago. Frankly his time has come, we have supported this monster for the past 22 years, his free ride is up.

Cooey has gained 70 pounds since his incarceration. Exactly how do you gain 70 pounds in jail? I thought the food was really bad. Isn't that what we always hear from these animals.

I have blogged about this "upstanding citizen" before.

He is giving the state "permission" to shoot him in the head with a .45. I say take him up on the offer. I am sure that they can find several people who would be willing to pull that trigger.

The other option would be to put him on a very strict diet and exercise program and get his weight down, then kill'em.

Cooey is 5 foot 7 and weights 267. That is definitely over-weight but if he is too fat for execution he is also too fat for medical care. His excuse is that they will not be able to find a vein to carry out a painless execution. Granted this monster didn't worry about painless when he was raping and murdering two 20 year-old girls.

Richard is very upset because people have ridiculed him. He claims that it "reflects the ignorance of his underlying claim". Ohhhhh he is mad.

I mean look at that innocent looking face. Does this look like a murderer to you?

It's official

People are losing interest in the Casey Anthony case.

Today was the first time that I have been linked on CNN to an Anthony story that my hits have not gone MAD.

I don't think I received even five hits today (from CNN) about the topic. Usually I get about 100 to 200 hits.

Credit Cards are not always EVIL!

I cannot imagine running our company without credit card processing. More than 75 percent of our sales are credit card sales. It is hard to gage exactly how much business it has earned us because business is off because of the economy. I do know that without those sales I would be out of business.

There are times when accepting credit cards makes me cry..... when I get the bill each month telling me how much it cost me to accept them. Sometimes the fees and being nickeled and dimed to death make me start looking for a new merchant. In my travels I found an interesting company.

OnlineChecks is a company with a very usual program. They have no fees, no contracts, and for those companies in retail they offer a free credit machine.

I don't know about you but I use my credit card 95% of the time. It is a matter of convenience and has nothing to do with not having cash available. I just cannot be bothered with cash. It is so much easier to just sign and walk.

Trash Talk!

I was involved in a little bit of trash talking on plurk the other day.

Mommy_wins and I had quite the discussion regarding the Patriots and the Jets. I don't trash talk often because I find that it comes back to bite you in the butt.

It worked out good for me, because the Patriots won.

Mommy_wins then had to start talking about "cheating". Ok here is my position. I think the Patriots were WRONG and they should have had to forfeit that game and maybe a few more. That being said.... They didn't need to cheat. They won the next 17 games without cheating. If they had lost every game after that game then I would say that the cheating was giving them an edge.

I think I am safe talking about Omega Men's Watches

I don't believe that my mother reads my blog. I gave her the information many years ago, when it was called something else.... Then I forgot..... Then I posted something about her "husband". She asked me about it and I chickened out and said that the post was in reference to someone else.

Because she doesn't read it I can blog about what I want to get her for Christmas. I forgot her birthday and she came out with a one liner that really bothered me. I guess that was the intent. Now I have to make it up to her.

I have been looking at Omega watches. She is such a jewelry person, total opposite of me. I found an absolutely gorgeous watch. This is the last one according to their web site so I better not procrastinate, and place my order soon.

The Watchery also had an excellent selection of omega mens watches that I would love to get the hubby. His watch broke earlier this year and has been coveting several of the watches displayed on the site. He will have to wait. Making up for missing my mom's birthday has to get top priority. Oh well, I am sure he is used to taking the back seat, we all have to do that when it comes to in-laws.

Arrested Again

Well the saga continues. Casey Anthony has been arrested again. She was arrested on Monday and this arrest is in connection with the alleged theft from Amy Huizenga. I don't understand how they can arrest her twice on the same charges but frankly I don't care. As long as she is in jail, that is the important part.

I view Casey Anthony, OJ Simpson and the mob, the same, arrest them for anything you can get because they are guilty as sin on the major crime you cannot prove.

I have written about Casey and Caylee Anthony many many times.

Writersblock has also had many things to say about the case. She even has pictures of them searching for Caylee in her back yard. Scary.

A Good Laugh and then a Good Cry!

Several days ago I decided that I have to really start getting serious and work on my resume. I found a "template" so to speak and attempted to fill in my information.

I was ok until I got to the previous work experience. Exactly how do you make my work experience look attractive? Especially for a 40-year-old woman. I got fired from my part-time paraprofessional job last year and before that I worked for my husband for 18 years, until our business failed.

Wow that will look great on my Austin resumes. What? Didn't you know that I want to move to Texas. I could probably qualify as a ranch hand cleaning stalls. I mean I have lived with my husband for 18 years, I know how to deal with ....!

Something to think about.

There are times that I wish I could write. I wish I could communicate my thoughts in a very intelligent manner. This is one of those times. I am not a good writer and I know this. That is probably why I don't have many regular readers.

That being said I have come across a very interesting fact that I wish I could truly "write" about. Instead I will just have to state what I know and leave it at that.

When this country first was formed, there was one political party. They called themselves the Democratic-Republican party. In 1854 this party split into two different parties. They are what we know today as the Democratic (Donkey) and the Republican (Elephant) parties.

The interesting thing is the reason for the split. The reason was slavery. The Republican party became known as the ANTI-SLAVERY party and the Democratic party was for slavery.

I find it very interesting that we now have a "black man" running on the slavery party ticket. Obama wants white America to be ashamed of slavery. The problem is the people that he despises the most are the reason that slavery is no more. He has the Republicans to thank. The Democratic party has a history of moral less behavior.

Well that does it then......

I am officially voting for Obama/Biden. I mean I have to right? Joe Biden's sister says he is a born leader. He was always in charge when he was a boy.

Well there we have it. I mean if even your younger sister will vote for you then you must be a fantastic leader and definitely the right man for the job.

I wonder if Obama can get such a glowing recommendation from his siblings. Maybe a reporter will make the trek out to Eastbumfuck and look into that little one room hut (the one with no running water or electricity) and find out.

Why in the world to people write these f'in stupid articles. Casey Anthony's mom doesn't think she killed her daughter either. Family is the last place that you can find an honest-unbais opinion.

Skateboarding

Over the summer CAL decided he wanted to become a skateboarding dude! He can ride and is pretty good but he cannot do the tricks that most of his friends are doing. I talked with his doctor/therapist and they both said that a lot of it has to do with his feet/leg issues.

I hope that all this therapy is helping because I am going broke taking him twice a week.

I also hope that CAL will someday be as good as this guy in this video BUT not as STUPID. I hear his friends yell "CAR" five or six times. You have to wonder why they didn't try to stop the car when the realized he was not stopping. I cannot believe he walked away from this "accident".

Casey Anthony the saga continues

The Casey Anthony case is a mystery to me. I read an article in People this week that stated. They know a dead body was in the car, they know that that body was Caylee Anthony.

If that is truly the case why in the world is this "lady" out on bail. I don't approve of vigilante justice but I hope those protesters make her life a living hell. I hope that she cannot hear Jerry Springer when it comes on and most importantly I hope that she fears for her live every second of every day. I hope that she can't sleep at night. I hope that she begs to go back to jail just to feel save.

It appears that Cindy and George Anthony raised a fine upstanding girl. Casey is being charged with grand theft, three counts of fraudulent use of personal ID, three of forgery of a check, and three of uttering a forged check.

The "grand" total $300. Casey stole from her "friend" Any Huizenga while she was in Puerto Rico.

It does not state when these thefts took place.

Another outstanding citizen

This is must more proof that s3x offenders cannot be rehabilitated. We should stop wasting our money trying. They should all the locked up and NEVER released. They can just have their fun with each other in jail.

Neil Havens Rodreick II posed as a 12 year-old-boy for two years, in order to attend schools as a seventh grader. He now faces 70 1/2 years in prison. The kicker in this case is that there are no victims, THANK GOD!

It appears that Rodreick just likes to be one of the boys and he collected over 600 graphic photos and videos of children.

Rodreick is a repeat offender, of course. He was convicted in 1996 and spent six years in prison.

STRANGE!

Rose Pizem a 4-year-old Israeli girl was pulled out of the Yarkon River in Tel Aviv, she was found stuffed in a suitcase and thrown in the river by her grandfather.

Roni Ron initially told police that Rose's death was an accident. He said that he slapped her in a fit or rage. Then he changed his story.

Police now believe that there is much more to the story. They believe that their might be a
relationship" between Marie-Charlotte Renault-Pizam, Rose's mother, and Roses grandfather, on her father's side. Strange. It appears that Marie and Roni are a couple. If I am reading the story correctly she has two more children with Roni.

Boy that family must be interesting at the holidays.

This is a very sad case. How in the world could a grandfather stuff his granddaughter in a suitcase and throw her in the river.

Where were you?

I remember receiving the phone call from Writerblock telling us to turn on the TV. I watched for a few minutes without speaking. Then the second plane hit and I knew that we were under attack. I don't remember doing many things that day...... Just sitting in a daze. I really don't even remember crying until....... The towers came down. I was watching the news and the people were saying that "something" was happening. I was SCREAMING to my husband "Oh Dear God the tower is coming down" The people on TV still seemed very confused and I remember just screaming to the top of my lungs "it's falling".

What do you remember about that day?

JB I miss you so much!

When CAL was in second grade I filled in at the school for a para that was in a car accident. They told me it would probably be for two weeks. This was in January. My assignment was with a boy who had Autism and his language skills were one and two words answers.

I loved JB, he was very different from other children who had the same condition. JB loved to be hugged and he craved physical contact. This was probably because he received none at home. His mother was border line mentally retarded. It was like the blind leading the blind. I would have adopted JB in a heartbeat if I were given the opportunity.

Every two weeks I would find out if I would be back. Every two weeks we had to prepare JB that on Monday his other para would return. It was so hard because he would respond with a very angry NO! when he was told this. He wanted me! I was new, fresh, and frankly I challenged him like no one had before.

It was not long before I discovered that he could add with using "helpers". He didn't need to make two piles of this and then add them together. He was in 5th grade and that is the method they had been using. I spoke with his teacher and showed him that JB was doing the math in his head. He was shocked. I then started working on subtraction, at first he insisted that he needed help. I told him he was a big boy and could do it by himself. I demanded that he do it. He did it.

I also told JB that I would not talk to him unless he spoke to me in complete sentences. I would give him little reminders "complete sentences please" and he would rephrase and make a sentence. He just needed someone who demanded more.

As I mentioned before this started in January. I ended up finishing out the year with JB and the following year he moved to middle school. That first year I invited him and his family back to our school for a social event. That was the last time I saw him.

There are days that I miss him as much as if he were my own. Four years later I start to cry every time I think of him. The article about the little boy and his father drifting out to sea reminded me of JB. This could be him (except for the movie phrases). JB loved the water and could spend hours there. He had no fear. I don't think he was allowed to watch a lot of TV so he didn't mimic movies but he loved music. He had little quirks that were irritating to some of the teachers but to me I grew to LOVE them.

The Giovanni Gonzalez Case

There has been little news about this case since Giovanni was reported missing on August 16th. His father is being held in connection with his disappearance. This case is very similar to the Casey Anthony case without the media circus.

Today there is a report that Giovanni may have been kidnapped. If that is the case there is real hope that the boy is alive and possibly living with relatives that are holding the boy for the father.

Investigators in Lynn say they have no reason to think that Giovanni is not alive despite a bloody mop being found at his father's home after the boy's disappearance.

I hope this little boy is alive and well. We all hope that for Caylee Anthony also, but I think in that case they have much more evidence pointing to the fact that she is no longer with us.

Sick Computer

I have a very sick computer. Frankly I don't think she is going to make it. You might remember me talking about the getting a new power cord for her the other day. The only other change that has been made was that I installed the latest version of FireFox.

Both things took place at the same time, so I am not really sure who is the culprit. Basically since that point my computer has been taking 15 to 20 minutes to reboot, it shuts down for no apparent reason, and is VERY slow. Oh and you have to click things like FireFox four times wait 5 to 10 minutes and then the page will open. Yesterday was the finally straw. I had to reboot at 11:47 a.m., it was working but so slow I just couldn't stand it. When I rebooted she never became a functioning computer again. I could get into my programs but I could not get into the internet. Firefox would not open, nor would Internet Explorer.

I called my computer lady (her husband does all the work) and gave her all my symptoms. She thought it sounded like my registery. The day before I ran the three programs that they put on my computer the last time it was sick and the registery program was one of them. It came up on my screen with a bunch of items ticked and I had no idea what to do, I am sure I probably screwed something up there, but there was definitely a problem even before that.

I do not have any funds to purchase a new computer. I am hoping that he can just rebuild it (like he wanted to do last time but I would not let him) and all will be good again. As I said in my plurk I am working on a computer that is about 10 years old right now and I love it. Actually it is not ten but I am really bad with guesstimating. This computer doesn't have a battery (it's a laptop), weighs about 30 pounds, and I have to block the screen up because the hinge is broke. The other thing is that I cannot get Microsoft Picture to work with my scanner. That is the biggest project that I had been working on for the past couple weeks, getting pictures on my company website.

Darn it is going to break my heart, but I will have to take a few days off from that job. DARN!!!!

Sorry but I just had to share that with the rest of the blogging world. I won't tell you how many of the above organizations Mr. Lukie "supports". We have not needed #6 for him YET! Me.... now that is another topic.

When CAL was a baby.....

everyone would comment on how much he looks like his father. Frankly he still does. When he went for his first day at middle school a teacher told him (a teacher we had not seen in years) how much he looked like his dad. Some of the teachers at his elementary school dubbed him mini-me because he looks so much like hubby. I always act really offended when they say that and reply "Cal is CUTE!"

I think CAL was about six months old when I tried to copy a baby picture my husband had of himself. In the picture hubby is holding a Donald Duck ball and is dressed in a white t-shirt and the ball covers the shorts. I took CAL to a professional photographer, along with the photo, and told them I wanted that exact shot. He did an excellent job. I could not find a ball like the one hubby had but we did the best we could.

I then took the photos to a frame shop and had custom picture frames made to hold the two photos side by side. It was only then that I realized that when you put them next to each other they really didn't look that much alike.

Oh well it was the thought that counts right?

You tell me......... Do you think they look alike? Actually if I am honest...... hubby was a cuter baby...... I will deny that I ever said that but....

**Singing** Money, Money, Money, Moonnneeeyyy

If I had money I would love to start some Christmas shopping. I have several ideas for friends and family but just no money to start the ball rolling.

I think that CAL is going to be quite easy this year. He has become interested in skateboarding and will be happy with anything related to that.

I know that whatever I do get people is going to be a personalized gift. I love giving gifts with pictures. I really want to make my husband a calender with his children's photos on it. I have wanted to make this gift for several years but end up taking the easy way out and buying something.

A couple years ago I bought my mom a throw blanket that had CAL's picture on it. It was awesome. Unfortunately I think I liked the gift better than she did. She is very hard to please at Christmas. In the past I also bought playing cards, mouse pads, scratch pads and other photo items for gifts.

What do you do for Christmas? Are you creative? What is your favorite gift to give?

Casey Anthony is at the home of her parents, Cindy and George Anthony. She is resting comfortably watching the Jerry Springer show. Rumor has it that she is really pissed off however. She asked Cindy to fix her something to eat and Cindy told her she would have to get it herself.

Casey stormed off and said something like if she doesn't get better treatment she is going back to jail where everything was done for her.

She then yelled to Cindy and she made "this family" and was giving them the fame and fortune that they could never give her. Cindy then calmed down and immediately fixed Casey a three-course lunch. She admitted to Casey that it was her fame that would give them the celebrity status that they deserved.

Cindy, George, and Casey then had a meeting of the minds (they needed all three to equal one) and they are now brainstorming on how to keep the media circus going for as long as they possibly can. It appears that Casey is the actual mastermind. I mean with her high-school drop out status it would only be reasonable.

CopyCat - The male version of Casey Anthony

This story broke in Boston several weeks ago and I have been looking for information everyday. Today they finally gave us a little bit of an update.

Giovanni Gonzalez has been missing since August 16th when his mother went to pick him up from a weekend visit with his father Ernesto Gonzalez.

Ernesto said he didn't have the boy and has refused to cooperate with police. He is being held on $500,000 bail just like in the Anthony case. Unlike the Anthony case Ernesto has not made the headlines and doesn't have people waiting to bail him out. That is good. The bad thing is that Giovanni has not received the publicity that Caylee has received and it is frustrating. I cannot imagine how this poor mother feels. Every news show that she watches is looking for a beautiful little girl and her handsome little boy is not even mentioned.

The search for the little boy has taken place in Puerto Rico, Lynn, lakes and a local cemetery. It appears to me that they are looking for a body and not a little boy.


Here is a picture of Giovanni and his father Ernesto. It should be pointed out that Ernesto had a cut on his hand that he refused to explain and they have found a mop covered in blood. I don't know how long it would take to get tests preformed on that mop but I would hope the results would come back soon. It should also be stated it until recently Ernesto wanted nothing to do with Giovanni. He was an absent parent. I am sure this mother wishes he would have kept it that way.

Taking the bus!.

Cal has done quite well on the bus. He has to deal with two older kids (that used to be his best friends) bulling him on a regular basis but hopefully he will keep his temper under control.

I blogged the other day about a neighbor mother asking if CAL could walk her daughter to the bus stop. That has gone very well and he loves the "responsibility". The girl is the same age but we really played-up the idea that he was being responsible.

Yesterday he got off the bus and we can see him while he walks the block to our house. He was not walking with anyone (which drives me crazy) but I notice that he was on his phone. I was very proud to think that he was immediately calling a friend. CAL has issues that we worked on all summer long. If it were up to him he would sit in a corner and never talk to anyone. His friends would come over and he would be ten to twenty feet away from the group the entire time. He is getting better. Anyway I digress.

I noticed him on the phone. Our phone rings and my husband goes running inside to answer. You probably caught on before we did, it was CAL. He was asking (TELLING) us to please not stand at the end of our driveway and watch him walk the block.

Of course I immediately was offended and decided to teach him a lesson. I started yelling to him (i have no pride) and calling him honey, and telling him how much I missed him. The rest of the kids were laughing hysterically. My cat call went something like this " Oh honey come here Mommy wants to give you a kiss. I missed you so much today sweetheart. Hurry up I missed you so much I am going to kiss your whole face. CAL come-on honey run. Didn't you miss Mommy while you were at school" and I did this the entire time it took him to walk the block.

I think it taught him a lesson and he decided to take the proper route and asked us very nicely NOT to watch him walk to and from the bus. He explained that he had enough trouble with J & T and that he didn't need to be teased about this too. I agreed. This morning I sat at my computer while CAL went to school. Hubby, he hid in the bushes and watched him walk and then waited until the bus picked him up. Disgraceful.

What in the world?

Exactly what is happening in this stupid Casey Anthony case. Now CNN is reporting that Casey might be out on bail on Friday.

I don't understand why there is even bail in this case. I don't understand why, especially with the new evidence, more charges cannot be filed? I most certainly don't understand why in a missing child/murder case bail is even being allowed. They have stated that they can prove a dead body was in that car. That should be enough for an arrest. The last I knew you were not allowed to ride around with a dead body in your trunk.

You have to wonder if the police/investigators are messing this case up as badly as it appears.

It makes me sick to think that someone that is a high school drop out is pulling the wool over the eyes of the police.

I have said it before, I also don't understand why Cindy Anthony is not in the cell next to Casey. She destroyed valuable evidence that very easily could have been the nail in CASEY'S coffin.

I have a feeling that the apple doesn't fall from the tree and Cindy and George are probably a few cards short of a full deck. How are they smarter than the police? It really doesn't say much for the investigators in this case.

Casey Anthony belongs in jail. If by some miracle Caylee Anthony is alive, Casey still belongs in jail. She is a heartless piece of scum and doesn't deserve to have a child as precious as that little girl. Cindy and George didn't have enough sense to raise Casey and they should not be allowed to mess up another child.

This looks less and less like "an accident" as the days go by. I was willing to give Casey the benefit that maybe an act of discipline got out of control, but no longer.

I think Cindy Anthony needs to be sharing the cell next to Casey. She destroyed valuable evidence and I believe she did it knowing full well what she was doing.

He has stated very firmly that families should be off limits. I agree as long as he is talking kids. Wives and husband however are very much fair game. I didn't like it when the media would constantly harp on Chelsea. BUT when she became her mothers spokesperson all that changed.

It has come to light that the VP to be Sarah Palin's daughter Bristol is 17 and pregnant. The McCain campaign decided to break the story themselves because there have be many rumors that Palin 4-month-old DS baby is actually Bristols. Well I guess that rumor can be squished but I don't think this news is going to help them at all.

Obama has come to the aid of Palin and stated "Let me be as clear as possible," Obama said. "I think people's families are off-limits, and people's children are especially off-limits. This shouldn't be part of our politics. It has no relevance to Gov. Palin's performance as governor or her potential performance as a vice president."

A Caylee Anthony Update

I have a reader that disputed my previous post about Caylee Anthony and the evidence in the case.

Here is a video that will confirm what I have said: Caylee Anthony is dead and hair in the truck that has been confirm via DNA is Caylee Anthony's. With the testing they do they can tell if the hair has come from a live source or dead source. This hair, Caylee's hair, came from a dead source.



At the moment the video is not working.... I am going to leave it and hopefully CNN will fix their problem.
