The honorable judge Richard Moses determines that David Flavell was cured and Mr. Flavell goes on to accost a person sexually, and he had duct tape, and gloves in a bag that he had with him during the assault. Gee what do you think he was going to do with those?
Now another one of Judge Moses “boys” (which the judge determined to be safe) a level three sex offender, (it appears that the judge likes these level three guys) Kenneth Stone has gone on to re-offend. Mr. Stone was arrested last weekend for raping a man in Taunton.
I cannot believe this, what could have happened? The honorable ASS said they were healed. Judge Moses is not only a judge he is GOD, he knows when people are healed from a "condition". Let's face it folks there is NO "Healing" when it comes to sex offenders.

A New Englanders Carnival
I posted about this earlier today but then got the blogging bug and it is pretty far down on the list. I thought I would re-post. I also extended the carnival (because I don't have any submissions yet).
I took the advise of many of my readers and started a carnival.
I have no idea what I am doing and it is my first time. Please submit your articles, so I can have a big one.
Please tell me what I am doing wrong because this just doesn't seem right. I know I want to use their insta-carnival.
I have also added a widget to the side bar. I will accept articles until March 5 and host the carnival on the 7th.

Human Error!
It appears that human error caused the major black out in FL yesterday. Who would have thought that one single person would have that much power. Frankly I find that very frightening.
Can you image what kind of damage someone could do if they intended to. I think someone needs to review the procedures that they have in place. I understand that the engineer went against protocol but my question is how/why was he allowed to have this kind of power. You need to have more than a manual; you need to have security safeguards.

This entire case makes me want to throw up. Give me a break. When you cannot give any reasonable explanation as to why you are the sick individual you are, blame the medicine you were taking.

He has stated several things lead him to this including internet p0rn, and loneliness. For all you people who are lonely and like p0rn, beware it can make you want to eat someone.

EASTER?
Can you believe that Easter is right around the corner? It is on March 23 this year. I have not even thought about gifts for anyone.
Whenever I do think about gifts, however, I always think “What stores do I have coupons for?” When I start thinking about coupons I visit: couponchief.com
Of course, I think that way a lot. Yesterday’s dinner was decided by a coupon. Several things in my life lately have been decided on a coupon.
I think I better get my act together and start thinking about gifts. I know that I want to buy my husband’s grandson some books. I am sure that I can find some Barnes and Noble coupons to help with this purchase.
I don’t really have any ideas for CAL. I will probably have to resort to necessity gifts. He is gaining some weight (lack of exercise) and I have noticed that his sweats are way too short. I think I will use the Old Navy coupons and get him those.
The hubby and everyone else will have to go without this Easter. The good news is that I am getting emails almost daily saying that I have won thousands of dollars. If I figure out how to collect my winnings I will be all set.

How do we save our kids?
It seems that anger has become the only emotion that our kids understand. Where have we all gone wrong?
In Georgia a 17 year old “boy” has been arrested in connection with the murder of his mother and two sisters. This “boy” is a junior in high school.
Why do I appear to have sympathy for this boy when I have not had the same for these “walk into a school and shoot everybody” kids? I don’t know.
I would love to hear suggestions on how to teach our kids to deal with anger issues. Maybe we should add anger management to our curriculum.

A good day in Iraq.
The Iraqi president has approved the execution of Ali-Hassan al-Majeed, affectionally referred to as “Chemical Ali”.
I don’t have much to say, except can we watch this one too.
This “man” killed at least 100,000 Iraqis in the 80’s including the attack on the village of Halabja in 1988. I have no idea how in the world the people of the United States can sit back and say that we should not be in Iraq. These are probably the same people that would have sat back and said “Hitler, he’s not our problem. “

What parent in their right mind would...
Allow a 15 year old to watch a 20 month old baby. I don't know maybe I am really out of touch but that is a huge responsibility. I think the younger the baby, the older the sitter must be. Fifteen is way to young.
I really hope that this story has a happy ending and I will try to update it as I find more information but here is what I understand so far:

Personally I think you are throwing away your money when you order food from Friendly's. They are for ice cream nothing more nothing less. Well father and son got into an argument over a sundae.
Apparently a "happy ending" desert came with the meal and that was not good enough for CAL so he threw a fit. Then, they just had to bring the fight home because, of course, I had to be involved.
I understand both sides of the argument. CAL has been trained that the only ice cream you get from Friendly's is the biggest sundae they have. BUT since he bought a meal and a sundae came with it that should have been good enough and CAL can sometimes be very selfish.
Dad has no fight-radar. He has no idea how to avoid a fight. I would have explained the situation to CAL (knowing that CAL would expect the bigger sundae) and avoided the entire situation.
The fight became very intense when they got home and ended with me almost breaking my toe. Long boring story but the bottom line is I usually end up on the short end.

A newborn baby girl fell from a moving train in India, and survived nearly two hours before being found. How in the world did she fall from the train? Well through the toilet of course. How silly of you to ask. Apparently in India raw sewage only has to travel a few feet through the air to be purified.

Roger the jive turkey!
Roger Clemens has to be the biggest idiot in the world. First he leaves the Red Sox, and then he decides to stab all of New England in the back and play for the Evil Empire. Then just so all of the world knows what New England knows he lies under oath. A position that he didn't have to be in. He put himself there.
I think Clemens would have a hard time finding ten people in Boston who believe his story.
When he left the Sox he was on his way out. Suddenly he becomes this super star again. Do you really think he did that all on his own? The only person that believes Roger Clemens is Roger Clemens.
The thing is, he is so impressed with himself that he honestly thought he could lie and get away with it. Why? Because he has been doing it for years. What ever Roger claims the fans just eat it up.
I hope that he is caught in his web of lies. Roger is so pompous that couldn’t just accept his punishment and have his name attached to a long list of steroid users. Now we will be adding his name to that list and a long list of famous liars. He is a disgrace to baseball, sports, and New England.
Hey New York, you can have Mr. Super Star and his bag of lies. I don’t know maybe it is just me but New York seems to breed this type of player. Steroid use seems to run rampant in NYC.

He called his phone to make sure it was working. He started giggling because he had it in the pocket of his pants. He said “that feels good on my privacy area”
I thought great this kid is going to have his cell phone down his pants non-stop. He will use up the minutes in no time.
On the way out the door my holy-than-thou husband said to my son “You got your vibrator?” I just looked at him with total shock. He said “I didn’t mean it THAT way and then became perturbed with me that I “took” it that way.

The jury did NOT serve justice on this case. He will probably be out in 30 years. His Mommy will be able to visit him. I don't think it is right. Jessie Davis' mother will not get that same luxury.
It is a shame.

Suing over Global Warming?
I know that I am going to be real unpopular after this post but.... I do not believe Global Warming is a world ending event. Frankly I don't see it. This winter had been a long cold winter. No Global Warming in Nashua.

That if you knew there was a large snake lurking in your yard that you would keep your dog and your young kids inside.
Apparently not in Australia, A 16-foot python stalked the family dog for days and finally was able to swallow the little mutt.
The only part of this story that does not make me smile a little is the fact that small children watched as the snake ate their dog.
Where were the parents? I know they could not have saved the dog but why did they allow the children to watch.

I normally do not agree with suing people.
That being said, I agree 100% with Mark Lunsford suing the Citrus County, Florida Sheriff. In his case Mr. Lunsford claims the sheriff failed to search the neighbor’s home.
The neighbor was John Couey, a registered sex offender. How in the world can this sheriff sleep at night knowing that he didn’t search that house? They searched his “yard”, for what reason is beyond me. What was that sheriff thinking? “Oh she might be hiding in the yard, or if Mr. Couey did take her she might in the YARD?”
I think Mr. Lunsford has a very good case. Evidence revealed during Couey’s trial showed that Jessica was alive for as many as four days. There is a very good chance that they would have found that little girl if they had just searched the most obvious place, the sex offender next door.
The sheriff, Jeff Dawsy, has stated that the litigation is baseless and that "Jessie was already dead before I hit the street looking for her." REALLY, does that mean that you waited four days before you really started looking for her? Yes, for several days the sheriff concentrated on Mr. Lunsford father instead of the sex offender living 100 yards away.
The sheriff has an easy way out of this entire situation. All he has to do is admit fault and make the necessary changes in its procedures to prevent such a situation from happening again. Now we will see exactly how prideful and pompous the sheriff is. My opinion this guy will NEVER admit they did anything wrong.
I hope that Mr. Lunsford takes this case to court and I hope he wins millions of dollars to help his cause. I also hope that this sheriff is held personally responsible.

Congratulations Cuba on your newly “elected” President.
It amazes me that they were able to hold an election in such a short period of time. I cannot even imagine how organized they must have been, to be able to hold a national voting day just a few days after their President stepped down.
I am sure that the people of Cuba are rejoicing in the street at that thought of finally being able to vote. GO CUBA.

I have always been jealous of people who enjoy oysters. I just cannot get past the looks. When I lived in Syracuse I went to a party with a girlfriend of mine and they were serving Gulf oysters but I was too chicken to try them.
Millions of people love to eat oysters because they are an excellent source of zinc, vitamin B-12, protein, and omega-3 fatty acids.
I have heard rumors that oysters are not good for you but there is a web site that is putting that rumor to rest. Beoysteraware.com is an excellent source for information and recipes.

Youssif's smile is getting bigger every day.
A couple weeks ago my son had to do a report on who he thought the person of the year should be. He struggled with the question and asked our opinion. We came up with several options and then WB suggested that we do the doctors that gave Youssif his smile back.
I loved the idea with a little twist. I suggested that he do Youssif. I gathered some of the information and presented the story to CAL. He was against the idea. He said that he had a hard time looking at him. I gave him the papers and told him to think about it. After several minutes he came back and said he really wanted to do it. I was very proud of the job he did.
I have been wondering what Youssif's status is and now CNN has run another Youssif story. I am happy to hear that he is able to pat his cheeks and say “no hurt”. What a wonderful story.
He was such a handsome little boy before and hopefully with the advances in medicine one day he will return to normal.

Warren Jeffs is concered about a FAIR trial.
Warren Jeffs has been arrested again and will face charges that he arranged the marriages of two teenage girls to older men.
I have watched a couple shows about this character and I have to confess….. He scares the crap out of me. If I was a teenage girl I would probably do just about anything he told me, because I would be afraid of the consequences.
Jeffs has already been convicted in Utah for the same charges in a different incident. He is also charged as an accomplice to incest, sexual contact with a minor and a host of other charges. He should also be charged with kidnapping. Those girls were never given the opportunity to leave.
Jeffs basically controls the towns that his members live in. They have the control of the local police and any other authority figures. How would these girls ever feel safe, and feel like they could get out of the position that their parents have put them in? I would like to see the parents of these girls charged also. Their punishment should be much more severe than Jeffs.
Now Jeffs is concerned with a fair trail. You have to be kidding me. FAIR. Why should he get a fair trial? Did he give any of those girls a fair shot at life? Did he give those girls a fair anything?

Finally Bobby Cutts Jr. Cries
Finally he shows some real emotions. Bobby Cutts openly cried in the court room as his mother gives her testimony about his childhood. Yes during this entire trial this is the first time he has cried.
He didn’t cry as the prosecution described how he killed his pregnant girlfriend, their baby, and then disposed of her body. No he cried when it was about his poor childhood.
He also cried and begged the jury to spare his life. This is what he had to say. You can read the entire story here.
"It was a nightmare that will continue to haunt me for the rest of my days," said Bobby Cutts, Jr., 30, reading from a prepared statement at the penalty phase of his murder trial.
"Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, I'm asking you to spare my life."
The nightmare he is speaking of, we can only assume. I assume it is when he was caught and the trial that followed. I doubt the nightmare he is speaking of is the killing. I doubt that he is thinking about his poor son who witnessed the crime and told police that “Mommy is in the rug”.

On the stand, Cutts said he went to pick up his son, Blake, and became agitated when Davis, 26, wasn't moving fast enough to get the boy ready. He said he tried to leave her house, but she grabbed him to keep him from leaving, and he accidentally elbowed her in the throat.
Cutts told the jury he performed CPR on Davis and then tried to revive her with bleach. When he realized Davis was dead, Cutts said he panicked and put her in the back of his truck, so Blake wouldn't have to see his mother
This guy is an ex-patrol officer. Exactly where do they teach you to revive a person with bleach?

A story funnier than the Scuba Diver
I just logged on to Pereiraville and read this story. I will warn you that you should wear your diapers and earplugs before clicking.
I don't know why I think this is so funny but I need to go change my pants now.

Markus Grosh, a 49 year old lawyer and diving enthusiast, was diving/swimming with the sharks. He was attacked and later died. Who is responsible?
The diving company that advertises:
the opportunity to get "face to face" with sharks. Hammerhead and Tiger shark expeditions in the Bahamas are "unique shark trips ... run exclusively for shark enthusiasts and photographers."
To ensure "the best results we will be 'chumming' the water with fish and fish parts," the Web site explains. "Consequently, there will be food in the water at the same time as the divers. Please be aware that these are not 'cage' dives, they are open water experiences."
I am sure several individuals will say that the diving company is responsible. I don’t think so! I am sure that this company will be closed down within the hour and the owners will lose everything, and frankly I think they should. This is a very irresponsible "activity". Not only are you giving idiots a chance to kill themselves, you are putting the lives of sharks in danger. If they could have caught that shark you know the shark would have been killed. For what, being attracked to food?
You can also be assured that if Mr. Grosh had any family they will be suing Scuba Adventures.

Introducing the next President of the United States.
Does that statement scare you as much as it does me? Obama is slipping and sliding his way to a victory (a snake also slips and slides his way into things). I never thought I would say this but, please if you vote Democratic, please Vote Hillary. Have you ever in the past 200 years seen a President that is as unpatriotic as Obama? I have not. This is just another way that the terrorist are infiltrating our country. Yes I believe that Obama is a Muslim. I have a BIG problem with a Muslim running our country. I think we need to change the Constitution. Not only should a person be born in the US, he/she must live here their entire life.

American Airlines is on my Do-NOT-Fly list.
I think I might have to put American Airlines on my do-NOT-fly list. This story is so sad and almost unbelievable. Carnie Desire asked for oxygen on a flight and the flight attendant refused. This poor woman was in major distress and they refused to give her the medical attention that she needed. When she requested the oxygen they told her it was impossible to give her oxygen in the air. Now I have watched Airline and I have heard from that show that it is impossible to give someone oxygen in the air. According to Airline they don’t have it available.
It was only after other passengers began to complain that the flight attendant produced two empty tanks. I find that very hard to believe that they had NO OXYGEN on a flight. Don’t those air masks drop down? Isn’t this woman’s life worth tripping the system to make all the masks fall, and give her the oxygen? Even if oxygen was not the problem, she is dying give her what she thinks she needs.
The dying woman’s cousin finally asked that he plane land so he could get her medical attention. I am sorry but why would he have to ask that. The moment they realized this women was in serious need that plane should have landed immediately.
Now I have heard of planes landing because a drunken passenger groped a flight attendant. Why in the world could they not land the plane? Finally they agreed to land but only at Miami which was 45 minutes away. Are you trying to say that the closest airport was 45 minutes away? I don’t think that is even possible unless you are flying over water. I don’t think that was the case here. I am sure there was a closer airport.
THEN the woman dies and they cover her up and continue to their destination like nothing happened. If I was on that plane I would have been the unruly passenger and you can bet your bottom dollar they would have landed that plane at the closest airport.

Dangerous Intersections.
Boston has released their list of the most dangerous intersections. They are as follows:
American Legion Highway and Walk Hill Road
Melnea Cass Boulevard and Mass Ave.

Now I am not really familiar with any of these, but that doesn’t say much. I am the worst with directions. I get lost (or take a wrong turn) almost every time I leave our house without my husband. I have to plan my trip before I get in the car and mentally take the drive.
It would appear to me that Blue Hill Avenue is just a dangerous road from beginning to end. I would also assume that you better by some mortgage life insurance before you decided to use this road on a regular basis.
In one accident a driver was trying to make a U-turn in the middle of a rotary. Can you imagine?

Yesterday for the very first time since we have moved to NH, hubby and I talked about the possibility of moving. Don’t get me wrong we love it here but….. With out business taking a nose dive and not really looking like it might recover and with the current school situation, we are starting to talk about whether this is the place that God wants us to be.
We know that in reality, moving is just not a possibility right now, but we have talked about striking a happy medium. In Loon Lake we were in the middle of nowhere. In NH we are in a pretty good size “city”. I would like to move somewhere were we are close to a city but in more of a country setting. I wonder if the Branson homes for sale would be a good choice for this family. Now we just have to figure out how to get out of this house.

The other day I saw this article about Jack Bauer. I immediately thought of the fellow blogger who refers to her husband as Jack Bauer. It was a blog that I read regularly but for the life of me I could not remember who it was. I scanned my blogging role and still couldn’t figure it out.
I then emailed WB for her help. Nope she had no idea. It finally dawned on me. Butterfly Wife. She refers to her husband (who is in the military) as Jack Bauer all the time. I certainly hope that she does not get him arrested like the guy in the above article.

My husband always refers to himself as a cross between Tom Selleck and Elmer Fudd. He better stop that immediately. Tom Selleck is real but Elmer Fudd might be the issue.

Commercials are a very powerful thing, especially for an eleven year old. CAL has been begging for months for a memory foam mattress. Isn’t he a strange child? When I was eleven I was not thinking about a mattress, I was thinking about the latest and greatest bike.
CAL is convinced that all the wrongs in life will suddenly disappear. I wish that I could believe that, I would buy the mattress instead of paying the mortgage. Hey, if the wrongs disappear I don’t have to worry about a stupid mortgage.
CAL is convinced that all the wrongs in life will suddenly disappear. I wish that I could believe that, I would buy the mattress instead of paying the mortgage. Hey, if the wrongs disappear I don’t have to worry about a stupid mortgage.

That the kids at my son’s elementary school were released 30 minutes before normal to stand in the snow.
We picked CAL up early so this was not an issue for us but……
We received a phone call and an email from the school saying that the students who rode the buses would be released but that the “walkers” would be released at their normal time.
The roads were really bad so we made the decision, to make our own decision and do what was best for our family. I don’t need someone else to make those decisions. (Wow that is a lot of decisions)
When my neighbor drove down early to get her child she noticed all the walkers where standing there. She asked how long they had been out in virtual white out conditions and found out at that point they had been there over 15 minutes. She started making phone calls to all the parents that she could, advising them that their child has been dismissed and they should come and retrieve them.
I am so glad that I picked up my child because it is obvious that this school is not capable of making good decisions.
I do know that our Principal has been out for a few days so the Assistant Principal was the one to make this wonderful decision. It is really sad when you do not feel safe sending your child to the school because they don’t make good decisions.
If this had been my child I would want the Assistant Principal’s JOB. You cannot just dismiss students 30 minutes early without letting parents know.

The trip that was not meant to be......
Hubby and CAL had made plans to go to TN. I have to be honest; I wanted them to go pretty badly. BUT I am so glad that they didn’t. The snow is really falling today and I am sure that the airport would be a disaster zone, not to mention I would be so worried about them the entire time.
Maybe the next time they plan to go, we can rent Pigeon Forge cabins as a family. That would solve several of my issues, and it would be fun to take a vacation as a family. I hope that WB and Sherlock could come up from FL. Can you imagine all those explosive personalities in a confined space for three or four days? Wow, talk about blogging material.

Fisher Price what is wrong with you.
Do you ever consider your customers before you make decisions? What am I talking about? Yesterday we went to the toy store looking for a “special” gift for my husband’s grandson. Rescue Heroes. There was not a single one on the shelf. Fisher Price has discontinued the series and replaced it with Planet Heroes. STUPID.
Rescue Heroes were CAL’s favorite toy when he was little. I don’t think that there has been a toy before or since that he has loved as much as those action figures. I was so excited about buying these for “the little guy”. These toys where great, they where action figures with a positive spin. There where police, fire fighters, lifeguards, and many other hero type jobs.
Planet Heroes are aliens with villains and other things. I don’t need my three year old playing with bad guys. Things should be positive at that age.
I am so disappointed in Fisher Price. Someone had finally made a "toy" that you actually felt good buying for your child.
Does it ALWAYS have to be about the money? I find it very hard to believe that they were not making money on these. They were so popular. I think they just needed to freshen them up a little. I noticed that the last men they released were just the same guys painted a different color.

That is what Tammy Berry Goyette is. This poor excuse for a “lady” has been accused of stealing from Habitat for Humanity.
These types of people, the ones that know how to milk the “system” for every penny, make me sick.

The town of Billerica donated the land, and volunteers opened their hearts and built the house one nail at a time. But Berry Goyette shut the door on their charity. Over the years Berry Goyette's friends and family have been the ones who called the Habitat house home while she was living with her husband and kids 12 miles away in Lowell.
She took the home and then rented rooms to people. She profited each and every month. One lady paid $400 for a room, another claimed to pay $325 for one. This “lady” was making an income. I hope they take the house, her furnishings-down to the bar stools, charge her with income tax evasion (I am sure she didn’t claim it), take the home that she now lives it, and then send her to jail for a very long time.
It takes a pathetic person to steal from charity.

We are getting hit again. It has been coming down heavily for about three hours now. Hubby and I decided to pick CAL up from school early. We live at the top of a very steep hill and I didn’t want to deal with the roads after three more hours of snow had fallen.
The last time they called school early, we made the decision not to pick CAL up early. What a mistake that was. He was so hurt that we didn’t “care” enough about him to pick him up early. I was not going to deal with that guilt trip today.

Why are people still living in campers?
Do you think that FEMA intended to have the “travel trailers”, which are being used by Hurricane Katrina victims, to be used as a permanent housing solution?
I don’t. I think that FEMA intended for these trailers to be used temporarily. Little did they know that these “victims” would be milking this entire situation for all it is worth?
I just saw a video that “stars” this lovely white couple with five children. They have been living in a “camper” for almost three years. Now they are claiming that their children are suffering health issues caused by these campers.
I assume that they have not had to pay a drop of rent during those years. Why don’t they move? Why don’t they take advantage of the Georgia land for sale? Why can’t they afford to move on? Why? Why should they. If someone was giving me free board and gave me an excuse for being the white trash that I am, why give up a sweet deal like that. It should be noted that this lovely lady in this video weighed about 250 to 300 pounds. Food is expensive.
The thing that upsets me is that you hear more about Katrina victims than you do the Tsunami victims. Now I don’t know about you but 275,000 people dead seems a little more severe than 1,200. 9/11 has recovered more quickly then New Orleans. Now I understand that I am not really comparing apples to apples here. The World Trade Center was not a housing complex, and it most certainly was not a housing complex to some of the laziest people in the world.

This is so cute. We have started listening to the Country Station on Sirius. Yes we are that desperated. The Christian station is so hard rock that it is not relaxing to listen to. It is really sad when the Country, Oldies, and Movin stations are more mellow than the Christian station.

CAL was running a little behind this morning and arrived late to Band.
I had a very impromptu meeting with his teacher; it seems that Mr. CAL is getting a little too big for his britches regarding his school work. It is a (family name) trait; they all think they are much smarter than they really are. This only applies if you are born with the name (family name).
I had a child pay with a counterfeit dollar bill at the school store this morning. This child is a good kid and I have no doubt that he knows nothing about it. I had to give my kids a crash course on spotting counterfeit money. AT AN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.
When hubby and I were leaving the school we noticed a very suspicious character in the parking lot. He was running away and hiding and then he came back and broke into an unlocked car. YES in the parking lot of the same elementary school. I knew who the owner of the car was so I went to get her. It appears that it was her troubled nephew. The problem was how did he get to the school, where did he go after he ran away, why wasn’t he not in school (5 to 6 miles away) and what did he take from the car? The person has no idea what he could have taken from the car but it was a pretty big “bundle”. I didn’t know it was a relative when I saw it happening and I assumed that I was seeing a robbery taking place in front of my eyes. AT MY SON’S ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.
We arrived home to find emails from WB screaming at me to get a site meter installed on my husband’s site.
Then we noticed that someone was playing games with our EBay account. We have a bidder that is placing multiple orders for the same product. The best part is we cannot do a darn thing about it. I was on the “Live Help” with EBay for over 30 minutes. That “Live Help” is a joke. The only thing they did was give a link to the form to fill out for comments. In the meantime I have to pay EBay commissions on sales that are not good. So far I owe EBay over $30 for bogus sales. EBay’s solution? I don’t know we will find out in 48 to 72 hours. Do you have any idea how much this clown can buy before they stop him. I could owe EBay hundreds of dollars by the end of the day.
Then I notice that the Honorable Superior Court Judge Richard Moses is at it again. I had to blog about that. I feel like I just need to sit down and take a deep breath. I am not used to this much excitement in an entire week. I might look into Las Vegas hotel reservations. I need a vacation.

Police say Flavell peered into a stall in the woman's bathroom at the Borders bookstore last month. The woman in the stall reported the incident to police.
Upon his arrest, police say they found three pairs of gloves, a ski mask and duct tape in the backpack he was carrying. Officials believe it is the same bag Flavell had when he entered the women's room at Borders.
Golly what do you think he might have been planning on doing with that duct tape, gloves, and a ski mask? I bet you the Honorable All Knowing Judge Richard Moses will have an explanation. I hope to be hearing from him soon.

This is what I hear every night (unless I remember to take the shower head off). I have blogged before that we need to fix this faucet but we are incapable of even the smallest home repair.
Home Depot is having a workshop tomorrow night. They will attempt to teach you how to change Delta faucets. I should really sign up.
Honestly, my next husband is going to know how to do all these things. I am working up a quiz that he will have to pass before I agree to make the rest of his life miserable.

Child Sex Offenders to smile for their mug shot. They should be charged with enticing a riot, because I don't know about you but I want to slap the snot out of this clown; and I am sure there are 100's of other people like me who would love to join in.
I would like to introduce you to Massachusetts Most Wanted Sex Offender, Mark LaPerle. This outstanding citizen is a 50 year old that has been on the run for two years. Mr. LaPerle is a high risk level 3 sex offender and was wanted by state police after he fled the state.
Apparently he served his "time" and was release but failed to register as a sex offender. He was convicted of four counts of rape of a child under the age of 16 in 1992. In 1991, he was convicted of indecent assault and batter and has been classified as a high risk sex offender.
My question is how long will he be in jail this time? The police searched for him for two years. He should get at least that, but I bet he gets 30 to 60 days.

The plaques read "Congratulations! You're Corrupt". So what do they do.... they start a full scale "investigation", they dust the plagues for fingerprints. You have to be kidding. The most ridiculous part is if the sender is caught could face federal charges for using the Postal Service to "threaten, harass, or intimidate".
How does a plague that reads "Congratulations! Your Corrupt" met any of the above criteria.
If this is the case then any collection letter, correspondence from a lawyer, a ticket, or 100's of other pieces of mail could fall under that "law".

We know full well that this a delay tactic that he has developed to an art form. He will go in there and spend fifteen to twenty minutes, hmm doing his “business”. Basically he goes and then sits there talking to himself and playing with whatever toys he has in the bathtub. The entire time he will sit because if we try to hurry him along he starts grunting and groaning like crazy.
Hubby and I were on the couch and I had already yelled to him twice about hurrying up. Then Hubby and I hear him open the back of the toilet. We both looked at each other and said together “that doesn’t sound good”. CAL didn’t say anything so we just waited. Finally I said “is everything OK in there”. CAL responded with “Well, I, hum, I, think, oh, YES I NEED HELP *screaming like bloody murder*.
We jump up, run to open the door you certainly did not need one of those magnifiers to see the problem, the entire bathroom floor covered in about an inch of water. Now just so you understand there were several seconds possibly minutes between the time that we heard him in the back of the toilet until I finally asked if he was OK.
He opened the back of the toilet to stop the water from filling the tank/bowl. Pretty smart and it might have actually worked had he done it before the water ran over the top of the bowl.
I will leave out the next several minutes. Let’s just say that there was a lot of yelling by both mom and dad.
Long story short, he did his business and flushed it didn’t go so he waited for the tank to fill and flushed again. It still didn’t go so he waited and flushed a third time. Each time the bowl was just filling up more and more. I asked him “what is the world were you thinking”; he responded with “I wasn’t”. At least he was honest and helped clean up the mess and took lots of abuse from mom and dad.
It was well past 10:30 before we were able to go to bed. What a mess. It leaked down through the ceiling and into the laundry room. Thank goodness it was that bathroom. The other bathroom would have leaked into the stock room and you can pretty much guarantee that some parts would have been affected.

Each time the bowl was just filling up more and more. I asked him “what is the world were you thinking”; he responded with “I wasn’t”. At least he was honest and helped clean up the mess and took lots of abuse from mom and dad.
It was well past 10:30 before we were able to go to bed. What a mess. It leaked down through the ceiling and into the laundry room. Thank goodness it was that bathroom. The other bathroom would have leaked into the stock room and you can pretty much guarantee that some parts would have been affected.
Thanks WB, do you have any other traits you would like to pass down? I am so afraid of the answer to this question.

Pimp your gun for a mere $200 to 250.
Just because it isn’t illegal doesn’t make it right!
It amazes me when I hear people say “well it’s not illegal” or “well it’s legal”, like that is the only criteria when determining the difference between right and wrong.
Cnn.com is running a story right now about Jim’s Gun Supply. They will paint your gun with charming little characters like Hello Kitty, and make them look real pretty. Just like a toy. It is not a toy it is a real gun. Jim’s claims that his biggest customers (over 75%) are law enforcement individuals who are having their guns pimped out for their wives and/or girlfriends. If a police officer cannot make a better decision than this he has no business being an officer.
Jim’s also stated that “Pink doesn’t make it any more deadly than black”. I think Jim is missing the point. Technically he is correct. But the term “more deadly” is what I have a problem with. Yes if you get shot by the pink gun it will kill you just like the black. To me this sounds like Joe Camel all over again.
Why in the world would anyone want to make guns more attractive to children? Stupidity is not a crime but if it were Jim (and all his customers) might be spending some time in jail. The only thing that Jim said that I agreed with was “that thing should be locked away at all times”. But as history has shown, that doesn’t always happen.

Do you think that if the victims would have been girls the sentence would have been stronger? Yes, I do. As a matter of fact in this article it was presented much differently than what I presented it in my heading. It was presented as a teacher having sexual encounters with five teenage boys.
Things would have been very different if the perp would have been a male and the victims would have been females. Rape is rape it doesn’t mater who is the victim.

Congratulations Larry Patterson
you have won the father of the year award.
What do you have to do to win? Well Mr. Patterson won the award when he left his 5 month old baby daughter in the car after he was involved in a car accident at OBT and South in Orlando on Friday night and fled the scene.
Yes that is right folks. This upstanding young coward was in an accident, didn't want to return to jail so he left the scene of the accident. When police arrived the baby was out of her car seat and on top of the backseat by the back window. Now she is 5 months old so you know that she didn't unbuckle herself. When daddy had his accident she was probably thrown around the inside of that car like a golf ball.
Larry Patterson was OK; he was found an hour later getting ready to have dinner at the local McDonalds.
This is one little girl who would have benefited had her criminal father never been involved in her life. She would have been better off had he split when he found out his girlfriend was pregnant.
The five month old baby is doing fine. Apparently there was not a scratch on her. I hope after the police found Larry Patterson there were several scratches on him. This would be a case in which I would support police brutality.
When I find a picture of Mr. Patterson I will post it here and then you can all say "Oh that doesn't surprise me".

I beg you.
I will be the first to admit I am a news/gossip junkie. But I have a special request. Do not click on ANY articles about the recent shooting at Northern Illinois University. If we stop, maybe the news will stop, and just maybe the freaks looking for 15 minutes of fame will stop. My husband is obsessed with this type of thing. Every time a shooting happens he will look for every possible ounce of information. I just gave him a piece of my mind. He said he will stop.
Don't click on any link, don't google, don't read any articles, we DON'T need to know. We will never stop these killings, but maybe if we stop plastering their face all over, the next freak in line will think twice. Think about it.

Opps he did it again.
It appears (according to OJ) that his girlfriend beat herself up badly enough that she has bleeding on the brain, bruises on her head, face, butt, and upper body. She is now in ICU at the hospital.
Man she really can kick some butt. I would hate to run across her in a back alley. If she is capable of beating herself up that badly imagine what she could do to another individual.
The Nicole Brown look-a-like has been with OJ for over seven years. The police have responded to their residents several times over domestic issues.

I guess there was really no doubt in this case. The only thing that was in question was the degree.
Mr. Cutts claimed that he accidentally killed her with an elbow to the throat. Prosecutors believe that Mr. Cutts killed her because he didn't want to pay child support. Not only did he kill Jessie Davis but he killed her in order to kill the baby. Neither had a chance.
Apparently Mr. Cutts is good at making babies he is just not that good at taking care of them after the fact. Those are great qualities for a policeman. I would like to know what the qualifications are in Ohio to become a patrolman. Something tells me by looking at him that being an intimating butt head might help.

During the summer months we have a screen house on the back of our house. I practically live in it until the cold, windy weather moves it. We eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner out there while watching the squirrels fight.
We are always sad when we finally have to take it down, and we usually push the envelope each year. We wait longer and longer. This year we didn’t have the luxury of waiting. The roof is really feeling its age. We knew that if we waited too long we might not get another year out of it.
Now that spring is here (well almost) I am drooling over the prospect of putting the screen house back up. I know it is early but if we had one of those Patio Heaters we would be all set.

Is Chelsea Clinton fair game?
I say "YES" of course, why not. She is no longer a "child", and Hillary is pimping her out every possible chance she gets. If she is going to speak out in favor of her lying, devilish mother, then she will have to take the backlash.

I have heard reporters claim that they Clintons are "overly protective" of Chelsea. They shielded her from the media while Bill was in office. Really now? That surprises me. The best way to protect your children is through your own behavior. In Hillary's book (I don't have time to look it up) she stated something like "It takes a village to raise a child" Yea Hillary when the parents don't do their job your right Democrats expect the village to raise them.

I read this story right before I went to bed last night. I went in to turn on the electric blanket, brushed my teeth, and prepared for bed.
I read before I go to sleep every night. Not much, just a few pages to make me unwind and relax. I was almost to the end of my book so I read a little longer than normal. When I was done I closed my book, turned out the light, and pulled the covers up tight around my head.
Then it started. I started thinking about this little boy and I started crying. I just cannot imagine what his family is going through.
The basic story is this. His name is Prabesh Sapkota and was diagnosed with leukemia at two 1/2. The Make-A-Wish Foundation arranged to grant Prabesh's wish. What is that wish you ask? To go to school on a school bus. A big yellow school bus. All this little boy wanted was to go to school.
Prabesh will turn four in March; his mother has always told him that when he turns four he will be allowed to ride the bus. They don't think he is going to make it to four so they arranged the trip now. They had his fourth birthday party a couple of weeks ago at the hospital.
This story makes me cry every time I think about it. How precious. He didn't want to met someone famous, or go to Disney, or even be in the spotlight. This little boy just wanted to do what so many of our little angles take for granted. To go to school.
He spent the day at a kindergarten class on Valentine's Day. When it was time to leave, Prabesh raced down the hall to his big yellow school bus, the bus didn't return him home however; he went back to the hospital.

Blogger's spell checker had been on the fritz for about a month. Honestly, I pay good money for this thing FIX IT! They know about the problem. I am the worst speller in the world and it is hard to have to cut and paste EVERYTHING into word and then go back and forth to fix the mistakes.

This is my favorite commercial.
I love this commercial with Joan Rivers. She pokes fun at herself. I am always amazed that these stars don't realize how terrible they look. Joan realizes this and makes us all laugh.
I don't remember where I heard about this
but it made me want to cry.
This soldier was showing the TV camera is boot - dog tag. The reporter asked what that meant. Well the soldiers stick a dog tag in their boot just in case their upper body is not identifiable.
Even worse: some soldiers have their dog tag information tattooed on their side as a medical id. That way they have a better chance of being identified should their bodies be destroyed that badly. Those were the soldiers words not mine.
How sad is that, to have my body identified is the last thing on my mind but on a soldiers it is a matter of utmost importance.
My prayers and thanks go out to every man and woman who risk their life for our country.

WB thinks that I complain too much about not getting enough paid opportunities on PPP. So I have been trying not to complain on my site. Tonight, however, I must complain. I just received this pop up notice stating that PPP has changed their terms and will be allowing blogs that are only 30 days old with 10 existing posts. This is a huge difference from the 90 days old with 20 existing posts.
What does this mean? More bloggers. PPP does not have enough business to go around now. It is just going to make it even harder to get opps. I am so tired of logging on to PPP and hitting the refresh button every few minutes only to see opp after opp go by. They are only available for seconds. The only time I received decent opps was the week that I had a high realrank number due to the Judge Richard Moses post.
PPP you do not have enough business for your bloggers now. Adding more bloggers to the mix is not a good idea. Especially for me.

Go away
It all started about a year ago. A mortgage company called and wanted us to Remortgage. We told them we were not interested. The phone calls came every couple of weeks for a month or two. Finally we agreed and applied. After several weeks of giving them document after document they said that they didn't think they could give us a better rate than we had. They would refinance but at a higher rate. Why in the world would we want to do that? I told them thanks but no thanks.
Two months later they call again. They assured us that they could do better if we would apply again. We told them no every two weeks for several months. Then after much persuasion we reapplied. Again weeks of giving them every document imaginable. They came back and said that our income was not enough to support the loan. What? It was the same income as the last application.
Today they called again. They want us to apply again. I don't think so. I wish they would go away. Our income has gone down since the last application and frankly our credit has taking a little hit due to poor business. I am concerned about our credit because it will hurt us when we do try to refinance, eventually.
There is hope however; unlike 25 years ago it is no longer necessary to meet formal criteria. Lenders now realize that bad credit is not always due to irresponsibility. Bad Credit can happen because of things that are beyond our control. Now days even a bankruptcy is being seen as acceptable.
I don't plan on going bankrupt, but then again who really plans on that. I do feel that when we pull out of this mess there will be a mortgage company waiting with open arms when we are ready.

Snickers
The other day a package of Snicker bars, that CAL had received in his stocking at Christmas, would NOT stop calling out to me. I put up a good fight but finally gave in. They where the Snickers that are sold in the 8 pack from Wal-mart. I was craving them so badly.
The minute I opened the wrapper I knew this was not your normal Snickers. It was rather thin and mushy. It was not that hard (chewy) snickers. It was soft and I don't mean from heat. It was very different from a normal Snickers. Now I had not had a Snickers bar in about a year so I thought, well maybe this is what it is suppose to be like.
I bit into the candy bar. NOPE is it VERY different. The nougat was virtually non-existent. It was not like you see here.
It was all caramel, nuts, and chocolate (this explains the softness) It didn't have these little swirls of chocolate on the top of the bar either. It was thin and smooth. It was VERY disappointing.
After finishing the bar I started to panic. Did Snickers change their formula? I had to find out. I had to purchase a single Snickers bar and I had to do it right then. What was a going to do? I could not tell my husband I had to drive the 2 miles to the store for a single Snickers. I started to wonder, am I obsessed? Have I turned into a 200 + pound, out of control, eater? I needed to calm down. I started thinking about business, the yearbook, anything was better than obsessing over that Snickers bar.
The next day when I was in the stock room I noticed that there was a Snickers bar in the company candy. (we stick candy bars in most of the orders that we ship) Why the heck didn't I think of this the day before? But then I thought it was for the best because I don't want to think how I would have felt eating two Snickers bars in a matter of minutes.
Anyway, I was very nervous at first and molested the candy bar. I was trying to see if it was mushy and I was feeling for those swirls on top. I tore that wrapper open like the obsessed woman that I am. I breathed a sign of relief. There before me was a "normal" Snickers bar. The one with chocolate swirls and it was hard. Thank you GOD. I slowing and cautiously took a bite. Yes, Yes, YES (said in that orgasmic way) it was the same Snickers that I remembered.
Moral of the story, Don't buy Snickers in the 8 packs.

Oh My Gosh will you just admit it!
I am getting really tired of Roger Clemens' face on my home page. I use WBZ TV out of Boston. Every time I open my computer I have to read about him being a big fat liar. I really just wish that Clemens would just admit he used steroids and move on with it. He is making an idiot of himself.
Heck, Clemens, half of baseball used steroids. It is not big news anymore. What is news, is that idiots like you are trying to deny it. You can pretty much go back through his seasons and see when he used them. It is not difficult. Baseball is full of a bunch of cheating bums and Clemens can just add his name to the list.

We're knocking around the idea of going away
this weekend because it is a long weekend. We have a free two-night stay with Marriott if we used our points.
We have gone back and forth several times. I would love to get away from the stress of no-business but.... I would also like to go away under happier terms. I am going to be stressed the entire time. Do I want to be stressed in a hotel away from home? At home I can do things that "might" turn things around.
So I "think" the finally decision is that we are going to stay home.
Hopefully in a few months things will be better around here and we can go away in celebration. We love to go to this hotel in Windsor Locks, CT it is our favorite "R&R" hotel. I understand that there are several Branson hotels that are good "R&R" hotels. Someday I hope to find out.

God help us if Obama is elected.
I will tell you right now. If Obama is elected will be in the hands of terrorists within years. This guy is unbelievable. Talk about the anit-Christ. He might be the real deal. If you are thinking of voting Democratic take a look at these pictures. Mr. Obama refuses to put his hand on his heart during the National Anthem. This is not the only display of disrespect toward our country. If this guy is elected he will bring the fall of the US.
Just in case you are confused. That is two different locations that are flying that flag. One first one looks like it is on a garage door, the second on a wall. I don't know if both are in Houston or that just happens to be who broke the story.
The second pictures doesn't have a US flag anywhere in sight. God help us if we elect Obama.
Mr. Obama has refused to wear a flag pin, but he has no problem displaying a communist flag in more than one of his campaign headquarters.

Yes he beat her to death. Now most killers would have gotten a slap on the wrist because this is a crime of passion. But Andrew did the right thing and hung himself from a tree at a rest stop. Finally the wife-beater made a good decision. I wish all child predators and killers would follow the example that Mr. Boisvert has set.
This saves the state of MA a ton of money to try this -no doubt about it-killer. It also saves the taxpayers a boat load of money to support is butt while he would serve a couple years in jail (that is probably all he would have received. I mean an ex is only worth a couple years now days.)
I don't understand this part of this report however. "According to prosecutors, Boisvert called 911 to report Ninos' death. He was questioned by police at that time, but was released because there was not enough evidence to charge him. An arrest warrant for Boisvert was issued the next day, but the he had already fled the state." I am sorry is that the procedure with wife killers now. We question them but then let them go only to issue a warrant hours later. That is the same way they dealt with Entwistle. Then it took thousands of dollars to get him back from England. Something needs to change. They should be able to hold someone for 24 to 48 hours on suspicion.
The victims of the story the wife (of course) and the 7 year old daughter. My heart and prayers go out to her. She now has to live with the reality that her dad was a monster.

Sometimes I lay awake at night and worry
I am sure that happens to you also. Problems always seem to be worse at night. There is nothing more frustrating than waking up in the middle of the night with a certain subject on your mind and you lay there for hours and stress about it. It can something silly or it can be a very serious subject. If the subject is serious then OK I can deal with that but..... If it is something small and silly those hours that you spend worrying about those inane issues seem that much more precious.
Lately the things that I have been stressing about are half and half.
Will my business ever rebound?
Why are my pants shrinking every time they are washed?
Is this temper that my son has a phase or a life long issue?
Am I a better parent than my father? It scares me to think that I might not be.
Is that a mouse that I hear?
When will we be able to call a plumber to fix that &*%#ing dripping in the shower?
Should we sell this house and move?
How do we sell this house?
How many more years (months) will this roof last?
What is HDMI cable, and will my friends tease me because I don't have it?
When is this stupid web site going to take off?
Will my friend's cancer be curable?
Will Britney Spears ever turn her life around?
How many more years do I have with my Mom?

I feel like my site is turning into a site about child molesters. I mean after all we hear about these sickos almost every day.
This one comes to us from Easton MA. John "Skip" Howard a veteran fire captain has pleaded guilty to raping a young boy on four separate occasions. John "Skip" Howard has been on PAID leave since his November 2006 arrest. I hope he has to pay the fire department back every red cent.
I am sure the taxpayers are happy to learn that their tax dollars have been supporting him on the "outside" and now they will support him on the "inside".

this morning to find out if I slept with one pillow or two. Last night I made a huge breakthrough. I used one pillow, slept fine, didn't have any arm issues, and didn't wake up with a headache.
It is going to be a good day. I keep saying that to myself this morning. I don't know why because it probably won't.
I was able to submit 46 of the 49 required pages on the yearbook last night. One of the pages the company knew about, the other two will be surprises. I tried to submit 3 pages (50,51,52) to make up for the missing ones. We will see. Last night I was told that the school might incur a "fine". To which I said "I don't care 'bout no stink'in fine". I said this with my "chins" held very high in the air.
Any who. I just wanted to update y'all on the pillow issue. I knew that you would want to know first thing. Take care and have a good day.

Headaches
I have been waking up with a headache for a couple weeks now. It becomes better during the day but it is still there lurking in the back of my head.
When I go to sleep I usually sleep with two pillows. It keeps my head up and helps with the snoring. Then I noticed that my right arm would fall asleep and it would wake me up. It would always get to the point that it hurt. You know what I am talking about. Because this arm thing was getting to the ridiculous stage I started experimenting with my sleeping patterns.
I took away a pillow. It solved the arm issue and helped with the headaches but do you know how hard it is to get comfortable with only one pillow.
I know what you are thinking. Wow what a dilemma. What will she ever do? Will she sleep comfortably but wake up with a tingly arm and headaches, or will she take away a pillow and learn to adjust? I hope that someday they will make a TV movie out of my story. I would like Jennifer Lopez to play me, George Clooney to play my husband, and one of those little Zack and Cody brats can play CAL. He looks a lot like them anyway.
Until then I am going to take away a pillow and maybe will even replace my worn out 12 year old mattress with a memory foam mattress.

S3x Offender Wins $10 MILLION in the Lottery
When a bank robber was allowed to keep his lottery winnings last month I was a little miffed. He was on parole (which he violated by buying the ticket). I don't think he should have been allowed to keep the winnings.
Now the envelope has been pushed even further. A level three s3x offender (the most dangerous) hit the jackpot for 10 million dollars. He will be allowed to keep the winnings.
Frankly he should be rotting away in jail and not buying lottery tickets. This upstanding citizen Daniel Snay 56 claims that he will use the money for his children's (he has 5) education. I think the state should make sure he stands by that statement. All that money (except for the cost of the ticket) should be put into college funds.
Mr. Snay has an extensive criminal background that includes indecent assult on a child under 14. He has hurt his family enough and this should be the way that he can make amends.
Honestly I hope the scum bag didn't register as an offender and winds up in jail. If that is the case I wonder if the state can recoup the cost of his confinement.
Now I wonder if DREW will chime in on this post. Drew is the sicko that posted on my blog, a few weeks ago, that molesting and raping children should not be a crime. We should all be allowed to do what feels good.
