We have another case that will make your head spin. This judge must be friends with the Honorable Richard T. Moses. These judges make me sick. They are just as guilty as the molesters that they turn back onto the streets to harm our children. They should be in prison (in the same cell with their child molester friends)
Broward Circuit Judge Marc Gold sentenced AAron Mohanlal to 43 years in jail for forcing a 13 -year-old student, of his, into having repeated sex. Call me stupid but this sounds like a little more serious than the title "molester". This sounds like RAPE. He is a child rapist NOT a molester.
The teacher (Mohanlal) would call in sick and pick the boy up from school, take him to his house, have sex with him all day long, and then return the boy to school. When they came to arrest the sicko he was in the process of destroying letters written to the victim threating him if he told.
43 years sounds like an appropriate sentence. Then the genesis Broward Circuit Judge Marc Gold granted the teacher a rare bond that allows him to remain free while his case is tried on appeal, a process that could take years.
CNN has discovered that Mohanlal lives only 15 miles from his victim.
You really have to read the article to believe this story. They also said that the teacher handed out fliers, (after his arrest) with the boy's picture to classmates, claiming the child had sex with animals.
UPATE: Mohanlal has been ordered back to jail on 8/1/2008. The family of his victim must be ecstatic that this monster will be going to jail after all. I am also sure that they have been put through hell and will believe it when they see it. Now for my question. Has the judge also been arrested? Will he be his cell mate. If the judge, Marc Gold, doesn't think he is a danger to children then he should have Mohanlal move into his home with his family.

I totally agree with you. It makes me sick to my stomach to see this kind of behavior from the people that are supposed to be protecting us.
Why would you let a child rapist live free in the community? How is that protecting everyone and giving this monster what he deserves? Why does this judge still have a job?
I'd like to send him a nice letter!
Judges need to live by the same rules as the rest of us. If I make a bad decision at my job I am held accountable for that decision. Even if my decision is not "bad" and it just doesn't work out I am still held accountable and could lose my job.
Judges need to be held accountable. They are not.
A police officer is held accountable.
A doctor is held accountable.
Why NOT judges.
Why? Because the judges make the rules. They make the laws and they would NEVER discipline themselves.
This needs to change. Judges should be eliminated and we should have committees making these decisions. PROFESSIONAL committees made up of several different professions. Kinda like a jury but PROFESSIONAL. The decision should be taken away from individuals that are not held accountable.
Sorry judges don't make the laws they enforce them. I know that I just got a little carried away with my rant.
Most of what I have to say on this subject isn't fit for print. It will suffice to say I wonder how this "judge" sleeps at night. May God have mercy on his sick soul.
