It's his governments fault that he is not famous?

This one is funny and gross at the same time. In the video he states that it is his governments fault that he is not rich and famous. He also blames the government for not giving him special assistance (financially) for his ear hair. It requires special shampoo and he thinks the government should pay for this.

I thought only people in the US felt this type of entitlement.
