Another idiotic study tells us that our kids make us fat.
It is not the fact that we don't eat right and exercise regularly. It is the fact that our kids prevent us from doing so.
Do you think it might be that after we have kids we realize that being a size two and able to run five miles a day is not nearly as important as that precious little baby.
These studies are stupid and just waste time and money. They want to make people believe that being a size two and extremely fit is something that is important and we should concentrate on that more than our family. They are also good at taking personal responsibility away. Our problems are always someone else's fault. It cannot be our own.
I didn't even read this silly article. It is the same that we have read for years and years. I wonder how much money the tax payers wasted on this wonderful advise.
