SEVERAL QUESTIONS I took some criticism over this posting. That was OK everyone has their own opinion and it was nice to "spar" with a few readers.
BUT now this report has been issued. I guess it gives a little credence to what I was saying.
I also remember a case not too long ago, about an officer that was in a crash, someone innocent was killed, and come to find out the officer didn't even have a license (it had been revoked). How does something like that happen?
