If I were to received a personal loan with the restrictions that I had to spend the money on something besides paying off higher interest loans I would (in no particular order) buy a new couch, spend a week in FL with WB (oh and visit the rat), put new windows in our house (these are the original windows that came when the house was built in the 70's-i think), buy my husband that thing I want to get him for Christmas that I cannot blog about, go to the dentist, get new glasses and contacts, take CAL to Washington DC (he has been begging us to take him there for about two years), get CAL that thing for Christmas that we just cannot afford this year, spend a week in Wildwood (in July, of course), and install a gas insert in our fireplace both upstairs and down. (they look so romantic don't they)

I would tear out the carpeting in my mother's house and replace it with tile. I would have all of her windows replaced. They are the originals installed in 1956.
I would send my oldest son to Full Sail. That is the college he wants to go to but I can't afford. I would also get him a car.
I would buy my youngest son a 5 octave Marimba and send him to the college of his choice. He needs a car too.
I can't buy my middle son what he needs, something to fix a broken heart. I'm not sure what I would do for him.
