When it rains it pours.

75% of our business is over the Internet. My husbands computer decided to bite the dust. Thank God we have a staples card that is not maxed out. We bought the computer a couple days ago and have had tons of trouble because a lot of our software is not compatible with Vista. Buyer beware, if your software is older than 2007 it might not work with Vista. So far we have spent a fortune but really don't have a choice because I will most definitely be out of business without a computer.

We have purchased a new shopping cart for our company web site but we have to totally reformat our inventory before it can be uploaded. We have had it for two months but still do not have the inventory ready it is a HUGE job to reformat 3,500 line items.

OH no! Can you talk to Staples and see about returning it for a computer that runs XP? *sigh*

Vista - the nightmare continues. I'm very sorry.

Unfortunately all new computers (or the ones in the store) were all Vista. We got a GREAT deal on the computer. It was the last one. The problem is the unexpected expense of the software.
