At this rate...

I will get an answer around Christmas.

I emailed "customer love" for a support issue. This was on Sunday. I was 233 in line. Over the next few hours that number increased to 239. Don't ask me how, but it did.

Today it is noon and that number is down to 224. I am assuming that they open at 9 and have been working for 3 hours on requests. That means that they are answering about 5 emails per hour. At that rate it would take me 45 hours to get a response. But I assume that are not working 24/7 so if I assume they work on an eight hour day..... It will take me six days to get a response. Then they will not answer my entire question but just ask another question in return and the process starts all over again.

I tried submitting your domain name again to PPP, but it says you have too many redirects.

I have no idea how to fix that problem.

The other error it gave me yesterday is no longer an error. That's good at least.

I am now 154 in line. Customer Love? That implies that their customer service is better than others. I am not sure but i don't think I have ever waited this long for a customer service response from ANY COMPANY.

UPDATE: Just as I said. I was finally contacted by customer love and they only asked questions that I had to answer (that were clearly stated in the request) and now I am back in line. It has been 24 hours since their question and still the problem is not solved.
