Shock Effect
My husbands daughter loves to "shock" people with her stories. We were on the phone this morning and we had a three person conversation going (Me, RP, and my husband/her father). She then proceeds to tell a story that NO FATHER wants to hear...... My husband could not hang up the phone fast enough. Ever since then he has been walking around here like a zombie mumbling. I think he may be in shock.

I wasn't thinking shock effect. I was just telling a story the same way I would tell anyone else (not a story fit for children's ears, obviously).
oh, and when I have a spare headache-free moment, I'll post the story up on my other blog. It's so not appropriate for my real blog!
